Property Overview

Mariposa Villa is an affordable housing property fully dedicated to mobility impaired disabled persons 18 years and older. This beautiful 40-unit, two-story apartment building is located in the City of Irvine. The University of Irvine is within walking distance of the building. Newport Beach is eight miles away. There is a bike and walking path located directly behind the building that has a breathtaking view and is near the local marsh.

A bus stop is conveniently located in front of the property. University Town Center is nearby and has shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Other neighboring shopping areas are the Irvine Spectrum, South Coast Plaza and the Market Place. The Rancho senior center is close by and there is transportation that can be set up for resident pick up.

The building has a Service Coordinator onsite that assists residents with finding supportive services. There is a local food bank that works with the service coordinator to provide food for the residents twice a month.

The City of Irvine is a smoke-free city. Mariposa Villa Apartments also does not allow smoking in any common areas nor within 25 feet of the building.

Every unit has subsidy and resident members pay only 30% of their income for rent. The residents are very friendly and take pride in their home. Residents get together to play bingo, games, or host celebrated events.
