Property Overview

Base Line Plaza Co-op Apartments is a gated affordable senior housing community located in the city of San Bernardino, just south of the 210 and west of the 215 freeways. Situated on five acres are eight, one-story buildings and a community room with high cathedral-like ceilings and a community kitchen.

Baseline Plaza Co-op is a Cooperative. Resident members have a voice in the management of the building and are encouraged to participate. There are plenty of ways for members to get involved, from volunteering their time to holding a position on the Co-op Council. The community room provides a view of the beautiful interior courtyard and Mountains. It is also used for parties and activities organized by the members. Resident members love their new home and work hard to have different activities such as Bingo, BBQ's and potlucks. Baseline Plaza Co-op also has a Service Coordinator on-site who assists residents with supportive services.

Each spring residents can be seen planting their vegetable gardens and enjoying the wild flowers growing on the property. Residents gather on the patio to visit with each other and plan activities while enjoying the picturesque mountain views. This is a great place to live; you can be active and join committees and you have a say in how the building operates.

Base Line Plaza Co-op Apartments does not allow smoking in any common areas, and within 25 feet of the building.

Baseline Plaza Co-op is an affordable housing community where every unit has rent subsidies, and resident members only pay 30% of their income for rent.
