Admirals Tower Co-op rests tall atop of Admirals Hill in Chelsea, Massachusetts overlooking all of Bostons glory. Admirals Hill once housed the Chelsea Naval Hospital and was the pride of Chelsea and our Nations armed forces. Upon entering Admirals Tower Co-op, one can feel the presence of yesteryears as the atmosphere is reminiscent of the Hills naval roots. From its tile inlays of anchors and ships helm, one can feel safe and secure in the hull of Admirals Tower Co-op.

Admirals Tower Co-op is a 6-story, 100 unit affordable senior community designed for resident members aged 62+. In addition, there are a limited number of mobility impaired units for those that qualify over the age of 18. It is also recognized as A Community of Quality by the National Affordable Housing Management Association. This building was completed in 1986.

Admiral's Tower Co-op Apartments has come to be a healthier and safer environment to live in by becoming 100% smoke free. Smoking is not allowed within the individual apartments, the common areas, and within 25 feet of the building. The building is also equipped with an emergency evacuation plan in case of fire. On a regular basis, a fire drill is scheduled every six months. For added health and safety feature, every apartment is equipped with a medical pullcord that automatically calls out to a monitoring company and also dispatches paramedics and the fire department. The building also boasts of having a Resident Service Coordinator who can assist residents with an array of services from helping apply for The Ride, reaching out to healthcare providers, scheduling organizations to conduct training, seminars and talks that are beneficial to our member's day to day lives.

Members in this community enjoy participating in many activities, including bingo, card games and shopping in their own Ships store. Recently, the Ship store has changed more into a convenience store that carries mostly basic needs which is very helpful during a snowy day or if one just doesn't feel like stepping out of the building. There's a multitude of events and parties which include lunches, dinners and even ice cream socials just to name a few. A newly built gym with machines that are compatible for most physical therapy activities and recreational body toning exercises are accessible from 7am to 7pm.

More and more of our members are now becoming technologically savvy and are doing their businesses online. Be it on shopping, grocery, and even getting in touch with loved ones. With that in mind, Admiral's Tower made it a point that it is wired wall to wall to make Wi-Fi signal accessible in all floors making sure that it is up to date to cope up with those needs. But if you are the type that needs to do it in person, Admirals Tower Co-op is just minutes away from expressways and downtown Boston. Regardless if you own a car or if you use public transportation, Admirals Tower is convenient to grocery shopping, banks, restaurants and is on a bus line. There is actually a bus stop just steps away from the building. On a limited capacity, the building offers parking for those who owns a car and lots of street parking for guests/visitors.
