This newly renovated, 12-story community features 209 units designed for seniors citizens aged 62 and older. A limited number of mobility-accessible units are also available for qualifying individuals aged 18 and up. Essex Co-op is proudly recognized as a Community of Quality by the National Affordable Housing Management Association. Since 1981, this uniquely resident-managed cooperative has been an integral part of the Essex community.
