Meadowlark Manor Co-op Apartments, built in 1991, is a 4-story 74-unit affordable apartment community for seniors. Every unit has subsidy and resident members pay only 30% of their income for rent.  It is a great place to live where you can remain active, join committees, and have the opportunity to have a say in how the building operates.

Resident members enjoy the peace and privacy of their apartments but also enjoy participating in the frequent community activities such as karaoke day and holiday parties. 

While smoking is allowed in units, Meadowlark Manor does not allow smoking in any common areas nor outside within 25 feet of the building.

There is a service coordinator on site that connects resident members with services such as chair yoga and other educational classes on health and wellness.

Meadowlark Manor Co-op is conveniently located near I-405, 91, 110 highways. There are several banks, restaurants, supermarkets, medical facilities, libraries, police and fire departments, and a post office, all within walking distance. The bus line, which is a short walking distance, takes you directly to nearby shopping malls, beaches, and other entertainment sites.
