Vista Serena resident members enjoy their one-story garden style apartments, sitting out front on the patio, basking in the sunny fresh air of Palm Springs.  Member residents enjoy actively gathering and conversing with one another the community room.  They also enjoy playing board games, card games, and bingo, or just reading a book in the library. 

The community room is a place where you will find a showcase filled with great items for purchase by the members or their guest, as well it is the main area utilized for monthly meetings.  In the community kitchen, dinners are prepared for parties, and social events that give everyone a chance to be a part of a lively community.  The holidays throughout the year are often the theme for parties and social events. Our cooperative management model ensures that residents have a say in how the community is run, contributing to a sense of ownership and involvement.

Vista Serena Co-op Apartments prohibits smoking in any common area and within 25 feet of the building.  Safety is important and considerations are always being made for our members, there is a lit walk path and no solicitation is allowed.  There is covered parking with close proximity to the bungalow style apartments at the co-op.

Vista Serena is located within walking distance to many of the bus stops, stores, banks, post office and restaurants in the area.  We are also just down the street from downtown Palm Springs where there are many stores, museums, movie theaters, and a plethora of mini shops.  Palm Springs is home to the Palm Springs Follies that you wont want to miss!

Our beautiful community of lush landscaping is affordable for everyone. Every unit has subsidy and resident members pay only 30% of their income for rent. You are encouraged to join this long-standing lively community.
