At least one member of the household must be 62 years or older. The apartments offer rent based on a percentage of the household's income, with utilities such as heat and water included. Each apartment is thoughtfully designed with air conditioning, walk-in closets, carpeting, individual heating and cooling controls, and an intercom system for the front door. You'll also find modern conveniences such as frost-free refrigerators, electric ranges, stainless-steel sinks, and garbage disposals. A limited number of units are available with features designed for the mobility impaired.

The common areas include a centrally located laundry room on the second floor, central air conditioning, and a spacious community room that features a lounge and library. Residents can also enjoy a computer room, large community lounges and balconies on the second and third floors, and an exercise room on the third floor. Additionally, there is a gazebo and patio with outdoor grills, an onsite beauty shop, and gated parking for added convenience and security.
