Located in Northwest Detroit, adjacent to the historic Marygrove College campus, this beautiful and affordable senior housing community offers 80 fully subsidized one-bedroom units. Our well-maintained property ensures both affordability and comfort for our senior residents, providing a perfect blend of comfort, style, and quality.

The common areas feature conveniently located laundry rooms on the second and third floors, central air conditioning, and a spacious community room and lounge. Residents can also enjoy a library with a computer room, a patio with outdoor grills, and gated parking for added security and convenience.

The apartments offer rent based on a percentage of the households income, with utilities such as heat and water included. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, walk-in closets, carpeting, individual heating and cooling controls, and an intercom for the front door. Additional features include frost-free refrigerators, electric ranges, stainless-steel sinks, and garbage disposals. The bathrooms are equipped with heating lamps, and all units are cable TV ready.

At least one member of the household must be 62 years or older. However, a limited number of apartments are available for younger individuals who are physically disabled and require the special features of a unit designed for the mobility impaired.
