CSI Support & Development's quality affordable rental community for seniors, Pontiac Village Estates Co-op, is located off of Walton Boulevard, just west of Perry Road. This 77 unit apartment building opened its doors in November, 2014, with spacious apartments, a computer center, an exercise room, gated parking, and much more!

A pleasant living environment is provided with a buzzer/intercom system in every apartment that is operated by the resident/member for entry into the building. Have a work order? You can give it to your floor rep, or take it to the office yourself, your choice!

Pontiac Village Estates Co-op offers a healthier and safer environment to live in by being a 100% smoke free building. Smoking is not allowed within the individual apartments, the common areas, and within 25 feet of the building!

Activities are planned by the resident/members and include luncheons, dinners, bingo, card nights, exercise classes, and many other activities. There are also monthly onsite programs for members organized by the Service Coordinator, including health and fitness events.

Members have a voice in the management of the building and are encouraged to participate.
