Anne Sackrison

anne-sackrison Anne is the Chief Executive Officer for CSI Support & Development and has been with the organization since 1997. She has worked in the certification, IT, liaison and education departments prior to her position as Chief Operations Officer. Anne lived and volunteered for an independent, student cooperative at MSU for five years while earning her Bachelor’s degree in journalism and minors in photojournalism and education. Anne is active with the National Association of Housing Cooperatives (NAHC) and volunteers for several of their committees. She is a CPM candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and she is a member of the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) and has earned her NAHP-e designation. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering for the parent-teacher organization at her son’s school, reading, gardening, photography and exploring new places through travel with her family.

Tim Braunscheidel

Tim Braunscheidel Tim is the Chief Operations Officer for CSI Support & Development and has been with the organization since 2007. Tim got his start in CSI as a co-op liaison in Michigan before transferring to Massachusetts to work as the regional operations manager. He then relocated back to Michigan into his current position. Tim received a bachelor’s degree in Spanish/Latin American literature with a minor in visual arts and a special focus in English literature, chemistry and biology from the University of California at San Diego. He is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering as a coach of his sons’ hockey, baseball and soccer leagues as well as playing ice hockey himself every chance he gets.

Lickel Wood

Lickel Wood Lickel is the Michigan regional operations manager for CSI Support & Development and has been with the organization since 2009. He began in the certification department and moved to the liaison department in 2010 before becoming the Michigan regional operations manager in 2022. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Kalamazoo College. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids, dogs, playing soccer and cooking. Lickel is also bilingual in English and French. He gives his time to the community by volunteering and belongs to several co-ops.

Cindy Lamb

Cindy Lamb Cindy is the Chief Financial Officer for CSI Support & Development and has been with the organization since 1994. Cindy began working for CSI as an accountant. She has also held the positions of accounting supervisor and assistant corporate controller prior to becoming the Chief Financial Officer. Cindy received a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Eastern Michigan University. Cindy has active roles in the Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association (MAHMA) and the Midwest Association of Housing Cooperatives (MAHC) and is a member of the National Affordable Housing Management Association. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening and planning vacations.

Mel Hudson

mel hudsonMel is the national construction manager for CSI Support & Development and has been with the organization since 2008. Prior to working for CSI, Mel held positions as national construction manager for a development/property management company of over 6,000 apartments and construction project manager for a midsized general contracting firm specializing in multi-family construction. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in construction management and an Associate’s degree in building technology, accredited through American Council for Construction Education (ACCE). His responsibilities at CSI include managing new construction projects, managing large capital improvements, providing technical guidance to the operations department and he supervises CSI’s facilities department. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and helping friends with home improvements and repairs.

Diane Smith

Diane Smith Diane Smith is the National Finance and Development Manager for CSI Support & Development and has been with the organization since 1996. She has worked in CSI’s Development Department during her entire tenure with the company. Her duties include land and building acquisition & development, project management, and finance. While at CSI, she has contributed to the development or acquisition of 25 new CSI co-ops, totaling 1,618 units. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, with an Economics minor from the Indiana University School of Business. Diane is a member her local Zoning Board of Appeals, LeadingAge’s Housing Advisory Committee, the Preservation Working Group of the National Housing Trust, the Senior Housing Preservation Coalition of Detroit, and the City of Detroit Preservation Working Group. Diane holds the Specialist in Housing Credit Management Certification from the National Affordable Housing Management Association. Her interests include golfing, college basketball, yoga, reading, and watching her children’s many, many school & sporting events.

Karen Braunscheidel

Karen Braunscheidel

Karen is the national education manager for CSI Support & Development and has been with the organization since 2004. Prior to becoming the national education manager, Karen held the positions of liaison and education coordinator for the Michigan region. Karen was born in Costa Rica and she is fluent in Spanish. Prior to moving to Michigan, she lived in California for 8 years where she earned her bachelor’s degree in pure mathematics from the University of California, San Diego. Her favorite pastimes are playing Bananagrams with friends, reading science fiction books and building “monster-proof” forts in her living room, along with her husband and two children.

Marguerite D’Angelo

marguerite dangelo Marguerite is the Massachusetts regional manager of CSI Support & Development and has been with the organization since 1988. Marguerite started out in the certification department before becoming a liaison and taking on the role of the region’s education coordinator. She also assisted with the region’s development before being promoted to regional manager is 2001. Marguerite earned her BSBA (Accounting) from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management. She also earned the NAHP-e designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association and successfully completed NeighorWorks® America’s premier organizational investment program NeighborWorks® Achieving Excellence in Community Development. 

Darla Huttinger

darla huttinger Darla is the California regional manager for CSI Support & Development and has been with the organization since 1993. She has been in the affordable housing industry since 1984, and has worked with Multi-Family Public Housing, Certificate & Voucher Housing Programs and Senior Housing. At CSI Support & Development she has worked in certification, accounts receivable, accounts payable, as a building coordinator, a liaison, and California regional operations manager before becoming the regional manager. Darla received a B.A. in Business Management at California Lutheran University, graduating with honors – cum laude, all while working full time. She has specialized education in various aspects of property management as well as federal, state and city housing management programs. Recognitions include: NAHP-e executive; NAHRO Certified Public Housing Manager; NCHIM Low Income Housing Specialist; Section 8 Certificate and Voucher Housing Specialist and is a member of the PSW-NAHMA. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with her church family, loves to travel, enjoys camping, reading, and sojourning with family and friends.

Isa Woods

Isa Woods Isa Woods is the California regional operations manager for CSI Support & Development and has been with the organization since 2001. She joined CSI not long after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in business from DeVry University in Pomona. Isa began as the executive assistant to the regional manager and the two of them worked closely on the successful development of four co-ops. In 2009, she obtained her Master’s degree in business from Keller Graduate School of Management while juggling work and parenthood. Isa has also served as development manager, co-op liaison, and assistant operations manager. Born in Puerto Rico of bilingual parents, Isa is fluent in English and Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and close family and friends. She also enjoys cooking (and eating), crocheting, and watching her son play basketball.

Brandon Moss, CPM

Brandon Moss Brandon is the Regional Manager for the Maryland Region of CSI Support & Development. He has been with CSI since 2005 and has held a variety of positions including Co-op liaison, Regional Education Coordinator, Regional Operations Manager and now Regional Manager. In April, 2014 Brandon earned the prestigious CPM® designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in May, 2003. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and two young sons, gardening, and serving with charitable organizations within the community.

Stacey Phelps

Stacey Phelps Stacey is the Maryland regional operations manager for CSI Support & Development and has been with the organization since 2012. She has held the positions of co-op liaison and education coordinator for the Maryland region. Stacey graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Towson State University. Having lived in Maryland since birth, Stacey is very committed to helping her community, and it is through volunteer work that she found her love of working with seniors. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching her children’s sports, volunteering at her children’s school and the local women's shelter, and visiting her daughter in college.
