Dunn Family Senior Co-op features 157 apartments that were built new or fully renovated in 2024. All units are subsidized, meaning rent is affordable to low-income seniors 62 and over. Its location in Center Line, MI offers a small-town lifestyle in the heart of Metro Detroit. It is within walking distance to numerous retail shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, parks, and restaurants. Transportation includes a SMART Community Transit System and—coming soon—a van for resident activities.

Residents enjoy the peace and privacy of their apartments but have many opportunities to be a part of a lively community. Come join in on bingo, Wii games, karaoke and card playing. Management holds monthly meetings open to all residents to ensure clear communication and a positive relationship. Dunn offers convenient services, such as Focus Hope, Meals on Wheels, exercise classes, and an on-site doctor’s office.
